Caribbean Tuna Salad

This easy and healthy recipe will put you in vacation mode inmediatly. The dressing of the salad is a delicious combination of honey and lemon.

Ingredients:

2 cans of tuna

1 chopped mango

2 chopped apples

1/4 cup of chopped coriander

100gr of cooked pasta

1 small red onion

1/4 cup of honey/p>

1/4 cup of apple juice

2 lemons

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Method:

1. For the honey and lemon dressing, mix the honey, the juice of two lemons and the apple juice. Add salt to taste.

2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

3. Drizzle dressing over the salad.
