2 chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 cup of tomato juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of sugar
Vegetable broth powder
900gr of cooked shrimps
1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 cup of chopped coriander
1/4 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of lemon juice
A few drops of maggy sauce
1 chopped cucumber
2 chopped avocados
Salty crackers (optional*)
1. Place the shrimp in a large bowl.
2. Stir garlic, onion, coriander and add vegetable broth powder to taste.
3. Mix in tomato juice, ketchup, lemon juice, maggy sauce and sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Mix in the cooked shrimps, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber and chopped avocados.
5. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
6. Serve in a large bowl or ladle into individual bowls.
